Luna seemed to look very worried. But Jack had a big smile on his face.
“Do you know what does this mean Luna?” said Jack.
“How the hell should I know? It shows some listed countries but for what?”
“Wasn’t it you who always wanted an adventure? Well I think this is time.” Jack added.
“I don’t know Jack. I mean I do but . . .” Jack cut off Luna’s word.
“There is time for this. It will be great. So which one?”
“Well definitely not Russia, Afghanistan and China.”
“Why not?” Jack asked.
“Russia for it’s strict rules, Afghanistan for it’s never ending war and China for it’s robotic community. Last time I watched this video on YouTube, they let a child suffering on the road dying after she was being hit by a car without anyone bats an eye to help her. No, not China.”
Jack thought for a moment and agree with Luna.
“So now that’s left us with seven options.”
“Yeah. Oh, North Pole, count that out too. We don’t wanna get killed by the froze!” It made the list down to six options left.
“Right, so now we have six to choose from. We’ve been to England, Africa, Australia and France before for the holidays. Am sure we don’t want to go there anymore. That’s left us with Thailand and Malaysia.” Jack explained thoughtfully.
“Hmm, Thailand is a great place but recently the crime rate on that country is getting higher. And many tourists were harmed by local bandits.”
“How interesting Luna. How do you know all this stuff?” asked Jack.
“I never missed watching international news and get updated from other sources that I could find. Not just any sources. Trusted one.”
“I see. So we only have one left. Malaysia. What do you know about this country Luna?”
“I don’t know much about this country, but the only thing I know about Malaysia is that the country is full with different cultures, rich with its tradition and the people are really nice and helpful. Oh they have variation of nice food and different types of fruit as well. They have this king of fruit that they called Durian. Have you ever heard of that?”
“No. But if I do, I’m sure I would love to taste it!”
“Jack I think this is the best place to travel. Hmmm, we should go now, before mom comes back.”
“Agree.”
They left the room and disappeared inside the book through its magical blinding light.
