The One Who Bears My Burden

Pains could be devastating if not managed carefully. So, how did I manage my loss? Well, Good question. I also put into lyrics how I did that. I was tossed and sinking; Sinking when the straw was broken. I raised my head to behold, On life other sides, a light flickering. It beckoned me, ‘oh voyager come!’ For I knew that voice which calls. He is the one that died for me. The savior of those that trust in Him’ The Lord omnipotent: The one who bears my burden. “Why trouble, you voyager?” Says He who is the light. “I stand by you when it is light. I stand by you when it is dark. I stand by the broken hearted. To comfort and to restore. For I am strong when you are weak.” To other voyagers, I call. When dreams littered, Broken and unfulfilled. You are tossed and sinking, No straw whatsoever to hold. Look yonder to other side of life. The one that says to me, ‘come.’ The one that bears my burden, beckons. For I knew that voice which calls.
