The hole in one's heart

Have you ever noticed that hole in your heart that appears
from time to time? Have you ever thought about, ‘What exactly is this hurting feeling
in my chest piercing through me?’ There are many types of feelings and thoughts that this
thing will make appear:

1. Lonely,
2. Depressed,
3. Anxious,
4. Envy and jealousy,
5. Fear,
6. Helpless,
7. When you start to compare
   yourself to others,
8. Feeling not good enough,
9. When you worry what others might
   think of you,
10. Nothing is ever good enough,

But once you introspect yourself for some reason that hole
starts to fade. What are the types of introspection?

1. Praying to seek guidance.
2. Finding gratefulness
3. Repent
4. Remind yourself the main purpose
   of your life.
5. Charity.
6. Leaving the things that abstain
   your purpose.
