I'm sorry mom

by M smiles
Allan lives with his mother. Ever since his dad died he became depressed until his grades fell and mostly he treats his mother like a stranger.

One day, they got into a fight and he has hurt her feelings and threw their family picture at her. His mother runs into her room and lock the door.

Allan slams his door and kicks it many times with anger. He told himself that he'll never regret what he said to his mom. "you are nothing to me!"

That night, while he was asleep, Allan fall into in some kind of a dimension. He thaught he was dreaming but it felt truly real. He thinks maybe its a lucid dream.

First he saw his mother washing laundries. After a few minutes she sobs with a couple of tears. Why is she crying? Allan has not yet figure that out.

Then suddenly He sees his mother crossing the street with a full bag of groceries. Its like changing channels on tv but the difference was that this time hes not the one using the remote control. She took out her cell phone and answer it.

A few seconds later she started shouting on the phone. Why? Still no answer.

But Allan's heart almost frozed when a car suddenly crashed on to her. Allan's heart pumps so fast and run to her quickly.

Before he touches her, for a sudden he snapped in a familiar room. He noticed a lady crying by her bed. And he noticed it was his mother's room!

Shes crying again. But this it sounded terrible. She couldn't stop even if she wanted too. Her sobbings, those tears.. Made Allan felt bad.

Then he heard a door slam outside the room loudly and few of loud kickings. Those kickings realizes him that was himself raging with anger.

Then the sound of her mother's cries went louder because of the noise. She was fill with sadness and of course, dissapointment.

Allan called out her for her but she seemed not to hear it. Not sure if this was still a dream but seeing her like this is not a pleasent view. Allan could not even touch her. His hand just went through her.

He want this to stop. Whatever is this is, he wants to it stop immediately. He can't bare. He wants to wake up now. He wants reality now.

"wake up..Wake up..wake up!!"

Allan finally wakes up with sweat running down his forehead. He opens his bedroom door and goes to his mom's room. When he opens the door, he sees his mother laying on the floor with horrible coughs. Forget to mention she had an asthma. Her eyes turn to close slowly before fainting.

When she wakes up in a hospital, she sees her son rubbing her hand. Allan stood up and hugged her.
