I’m glad that you are my mother.

Wake up Hanna! It’s already 6.30am. Lot of activities can be done today, said Rosie to her daughter. I already prepared a breakfast for you. Go to the bathroom and clean yourself before having the breakfast okay? Okay mommy, replied Hanna while smiling to her mum, Rosie. Yeah, indeed every weekend Hanna will have a lot of activities related with school and educational stuff. Rosie will allocate 2-3 hours of her time just to teach Hanna on reading, drawing and writing. She bought a lot of educational stuff for her daughter, just to ensure Hanna can catch up faster and easier during at school time. The routine already started when Hanna at 5 years old. Once Hanna completed all the books that she bought she will buy another book with other level just to improve and enhance her daughter skills in reading, drawing and writing. Every achievement will be rewarded with present such as dolls, watches, books, watching movies at cinema and even spending holiday time at beautiful places such beaches and jungles. When Hanna was at a teenage age, Rosie expectation became higher. All school performance being monitored closely. Yet, she never pushes Hanna to the limit where she cannot reach. Like other teenage girls, Hanna still can have time to spend with her friends with bowling activity, movies time and etc. As always Rosie said to Hanna, as long as you never neglect you school, you are free to do activities with your friends, but of course under closely monitoring. Lucky Rosie, unlike most of the teenagers, Hanna likes to spend her time with family rather than spending time outside their home after school time. Hanna will always choose to be at home, watching movies and dramas with her, helping her with kitchen stuff and laundry as well. Hanna also sometimes helped her father to fix electrical and machinery stuff at home. Until the time when Hanna needs to purse her study at university, she will be far away from her mother. She needs to learn to adapt and applied all the things that her mother already thought since she was young. After 4 years studied, Hanna gets her degree. I told you right, you will get this, Rosie told Hanna while holding the degree transcript. Yeah, you know what mummy, I’m glad that you are my mother, said Hanna while holding her mother tightly.
That was few years ago. Now Hanna is 29 years old. Professionally working and happily married. Sometimes people will just call you as mummy’s daughter just because you choose your mother over them. Let it be, as mother cannot be replaced. Indeed all mothers in this world want the best for their child. Theirs prays can make our journey and path easier in life.

Are you happy, what is real happiness? Pretending to be different, than who you really are? Or do we do things, we hate, to hide pain, sadness, being in with the crowed? Or do you hide, because you lost love with your first breath on earth?
