Do you Happen to Have

Do you happen to have a chainsaw he asked me...

So that one day I was collecting my mushrooms in the forest like I always do on the last Sunday of the month. The mushrooms were all wet and broken this time because it had been raining non stop for the past 5 days.

When having filled my basket of delicious mushrooms I was heading back to the farm. Being extremely hungry I decided to eat some of them before I got home, I chose to eat the ones that looked the most delicious.

After eating for about 10 mushrooms I was finally able to see the farm through all the trees and bushes. The colors of the trees and bushes were beautiful green and the birds were singing like I've never heard before.

When I was almost at the farm I noticed that there was somebody there. Well, what a nice surprise I thought, haven't seen anyone for 6 years now...

Arrived at the farm I did not recognize any of the three men standing in front of my door. After meeting Tom, Peter and Pablo, I asked what they were doing in there and if I could be of any help.

They didn't reply...

Pablo then started to speak in what I think was Spanish and suddenly started strangling Peter. Why he did this, I have no idea because they didn't even talk to each other.

After Peter turned blue and fell to the ground Tom asked: do you happen to have.... Do you happen to have a chainsaw? See the story was that they were on the road and there is a tree somewhere on the road that they were not able to move by themselves so they need to cut it first before they can keep going. I decided not to ask why they did this to Peter and said that I do happen to have one!

I went to the barn and pulled out a chainsaw, Tom thanked me and said they will go ahead, cut the tree and bring it a soon as they can.

Pablo then dragged Peter who was not blue anymore but somehow had turned green to the forest to where their car was supposed to be.

I went inside with my basked of mushrooms and made myself some tea. After drinking my tea and eating 15 more of the mushrooms I decided to wait for a couple of hours for Tom to return my chainsaw.

I fell a sleep after 30 minutes or so...

After waking up, I went outside to see if Tom had returned my chainsaw already. Nothing, absolutely nothing there...

I went to the barn to check if he maybe put it back in the barn. And there it was, exactly where it was supposed to be!

I wondered how he knew where to put the chainsaw? After turning on the light I noticed that there was some blood on the chainsaw.

That freaked me out, I quickly went back to the house and stayed there until the next last Sunday of the month.

Till this day I still do not know what happened to Tom, Peter and Pablo. Did they ever finished cutting the tree and were able to continue their trip?
