THE BROWN JACKET

This story that I am going to narrate now is one of the touching story which dropped me to my tears.When I was small I was very fond of horror stories so one day my father told me a real horror story which I felt will be scary , however, it was more than that which I never expected. When my dad was pursuing his graduation in Shillong, which is one of the most amazing hilly station in India, he had his friend called Joseph, who experienced a very different phase in his life which will be always remarkable. ..

After the final semester were over everyone was very excited about the graduation party which was organised in month of August or September , maybe, in my dad's college .My dad and his friend had a band called 'Hustlers Band' were my dad and Joseph used to play Spanish guitar.They were already there before hand as they where very excited about their performances .When all the stage performance were over everyone was busy enjoying the party when Joseph noticed a pretty girl who was in complete red attire and very attractive.At first glance, he liked her so much that he couldn't stop himself to speak to her.Both of then liked each other and when the party was over Joseph planned to drop her to her place. As it was very cold he gave his jacket to her. After dropping her, he realized that he forgot to ask his jacket so he planned to hop to her place next day and give her a surprise.Immediately , the next day in the noon time he went to her place and after hesitating for five minutes he rang the bell as he was very nervous. He saw one old gentleman opening the door and out of his astonishment he came to know that no one lives there for twenty years apart from him. Joseph was completely confused and was also set back as he had many plans, so just to cross check he asked about the people who stayed there before him. The old person told him that one family used to stay there with their only daughter, Amanda, however after she committed suicide they left that house.He was completely set back but still he made an effort to trace her graveyard.

When he went there he was shocked to see his brown jacket on top of the graveyard and when he moved the jacket he saw the picture of the same girl whom he dropped home just one day ago.
