MY TRUE FRIEND

Nowadays, when you speak about frienship you either mean backbiting or rather backstabbing. However, there are still people existing who can be real friends.This story givesa proper description about friendship.

This story is about a person called Hasel who used to stay in Berlin and was very fond of playing soccer. Hasel was also a nature lover. In her university she was one of the best

player and almost in all the inter college compitition her team used to win.She also got scholarship from her university so that she could play in International level. Once in final match she broke her leg while playing in one of the inter college compitition. The team tried very hard, however lost the match. Hasel was immediately admitted toone of the well known hospital and after the surgery the doctor informed her coach that she won't be able to play soccer in her life. Hasel's parents were completely shattered as she lost the chance to become a professional player.Slowly slowly all her friend's started neglecting her though she was still in hospital. She was very upset and she felt that nothing worse can ever happen after what ever happened

with her.

After the surgery , her leg was dressed in such a position that she was not even able to raise her head up or sit. Along with her there was another person in the same room and her bed was towards the window. Hasel was completely towards the other end of the room where there was no window at all. As she used to love nature she always tried to turn her head and see the view out side the window to feel the fresh wind but she was always unsuccessful.

Understanding to that one day the person whose name was Kim told her how beautiful the view was out side the window as there was a meadow and beside it there was a river and how every evening all the children used to play and etc. Slowly slowly both of them started interacting with each other very well. Kim everyday used to describe her about the enviroment outside and hearing that Hasel used to feel relieved. One day Hasel was overjoyed when Kim told her that few kids were playing soccer.Listening to that she recalled that how nicely she used to play soccer and how every one became fond of her because of that. Slowly slowly Hasel started showing improvement but on the other end Kim's condition was becoming worse as she was suffering from lung cancer.

All of a sudden one morning when Hasel woke up from her sleep she saw that three to four sisters were rushing to take Kim in I.C.U to save her life, however later on came to know that she died. Hasel thought that maybe good things can never happen in her life. She started missing Kim as then there was no one to tell her how is it looking outside.

After few days one of the sister asked Hasel whether she want to shift to the other bed where Kim was earlier. Hasel felt that maybe that was the only good thing that could happen in her life.

Immediately, she got shifted she saw outside it was a big wall and nothig else. Hasel asked the nurse whether a new building is being constructed or not? The nurse told her that the building was always there and after a pause she asked that why she was checking about that. Hearing to her question Hasel finally disclosed that how Kim described her the view outside the window.

The nurse was completely silent and tears started rolling from her eyes.Seeing to her tears Hasel asked that what was wrong when finally the nurse broke the silence disclosing that Kim was blind and she was very fond of nature and also to make Hasel happy she used to describe her from all her imagination.Immediately hearing that Hasel bursted into tears. At the end she understood that Kim was only her TRUE FRIEND.
