THE LIVELY PICTURE

I am basically very fond of visiting hill stations specially in summer time as it is pretty hot in metropolitan cities and in hill stations the weather is always very pleasant.Visiting Gangtok along with my friends will be always remarkable as some unnatural thing happened.

Gangtok is basically one of the tourist place where people love to go to enjoy the weather , nature and specially if you love trekking you will definitively like to visit. We were four altogether so we decided to take two rooms after reaching 'Purgatory' Motel. The Motel was not that big , it was more like a guest house. We were allotted with room no.6 and room no.9 and among this two room one was faced towards the mountain and the other one was also nice but not the one that I was looking for.Sasha and I decided to pick room no.6 as I always wanted to have a mountain view, whereas, Daisy and Peter took room no.9.

When I entered the room the atmosphere was something different and altogether I was getting a negative vibration though the room was my favourite. I was not able to move my eyes when I saw a wall frame or a picture of a small girl whose eyes was very lively. Even Sasha had same view about that picture. Suddenly, I remembered that we also have to go out in the evening, however, I was extremely tired so thought of taking a long shower and after freshening up when I came out I saw Sasha standing, facing towards the window, murmuring a song and giggling on her own. Seeing to that I felt maybe she is ready to go out and waiting for me to come out. All of a sudden, I heard Sasha's voice coming from outside the room and as soon as I turned towards the door I saw there was actually no one in front of the window, Sasha was already ready to go out and she went to room no.9 to check what Daisy and Peter was doing. My heart for a second completely stopped as I was not able to believe my eyes to what I saw..

Sasha was completely shocked after listening to everything and we decided to vacant the room as soon as possible.After checking in the reception we came to know that there was not a single room free apart from our room so we decided to leave the Motel on that very same day. However, my luck didn't favour me as Peter and Daisy was already in a romantic mood and planned to stay that night in that Motel to spend some more private time with each other. Thinking of them I took the risk to stay there for a night.

In order to come out from all those spooky feelings we decided to go out and have dinner so by the time we came back it was already 10.30 pm in the night.I was not feeling comfortable to go back to that room but didn't have any option. When it was 2.30 am Sasha was happily sleeping but I was still awake and my eyes was wide open as I was not able to stop myself starring at the picture.When it was around 3.30 am my eyelids became heavy so I kept my eyes closed when all of a sudden I heard a sound. Immediately I opened my eyes, I saw 'The Picture' was shaking as if some kind of earthquake was happening. I started shouting as someone was also mourning loudly . Sasha also woke up hearing that sound and she luckily had a BIBLE so she immediately started saying prayers.I closed my eyes and I was only able to utter a word except the name'JESUS'. Slowly slowly everything subsided and that picture broke into two pieces.

The next morning without any delay we checked out from that Motel and decided to go back to our own home town.
