Our first trip to Los Angeles

It was decided that Sabrina and her best friend Anne were going to go together on a few days holiday break. Sabrina last month was browsing on the internet in the evening looking at short holiday breaks on the Easy jets holiday website. About halfway down the webpage on the Easy Jets website online; Sabrina came across an advert stating a three day trip to Los Angeles for four hundred pounds. From the exact moment she saw the holiday advert online she immediately booked the flight for a months time. For both herself and her long best friend Anne. They would be flying from the London Heathrow airport in the mid afternoon. Soon after Sabrina; at around seven o clock phoned up her best friend Anne to let her know that she had booked and payed for the Los Angeles air flight this evening. Anne was absolutely delighted about the news her friend gave to her. She was really counting down the days until they were departing from England to the city of Los Angeles.

It was going to be Sabrina`s first ever holiday trip to Los Angeles. She felt totally excited. She had already been travelling abroad before to places such as Paris, Tenerife and Germany. But had never been to Los Angeles in America before. She was in for a good surprise hopefully. Time will tell. She spent most of the next three weeks after work in the evenings gradually packing her suitcase. And weighing the total luggage. Until the total luggage weight was just right before going onto the airplane for the long flight in three weeks time.

Three weeks soon passed by quickly, like it always did for Sabrina and before they knew it Anne and Sabrina were going to be going off to the Heathrow airport in London. Anne`s partner Samuel agreed to give both Anne and Sabrina a lift in his blue Mercedes car all the way to the airport. By eleven o clock the blue car was waiting outside and Anne and Sabrina both got prepared and got all their suitcases into the boot of the car. Luckily the traffic along the long motorway was not bad at all today and they did not have to worry about the possibility of a missed plane flight. When Samuel parked his car at the airport car park he wished both of them a great journey and said he would be giving them a lift back from the Heathrow airport in four days time.

They only had just ten minutes before the plane departed from the airport. They waited in the airplane departure queue and handed both of their tickets. Not that long after the airplane was flying high in the sky. The flight each way was going to take roughly ten hours. During that time they watched out of the airplane windows at the fluffy white clouds below them. Ate their ordered tea at around six o clock.

They were both really glad that they had eventually come to Los Angeles city. They both loved the country, culture and place. They both stayed at a pre booked four star hotel. They made such fantastic meals there. Everyday for the three days staying there they both went to the magnificent beach and trekked around the city centre over there. And sent back a postcard back to their families to say what a great time they were having and how fantastic the weather was.

They both knew it was one of the greatest holiday breaks they had ever been to in a long time. Sabrina had endless questions asked by her family the very day she came back.
