Keeping Faith......

On the ground, sits the small bird,

who's too scared to fly,

Beautiful wings wanted to reach out,

but the pain of past failures made her cry.

Then comes the God, asking to keep faith,

as he promised to carry her,

Telling her, to seek miracle of life,

trust in him, he slowly whisper. 

Bird hesitated, said she can't fly,

she is weak and will fall, suffer from pain,

she had tried earlier, she wanted to,

but she has failed again and again.

In a reassuring voice god said,

"I created you, and so shall I always protect",

"Just keep going, have faith in me",

"No matter how hard it seems, let it be".

She stood up, spread her wings,

saw the possibilities, up into the sky,

She took a deep breath, believed in the chance,

she knew somehow, this time she could fly.

We may stumble, we may fall,

but it's not like, God doesn't care at all,

He created us, so does he protects,

keep faith, believe no harm will befall.
