Lilies fall, roses bloom
Dust gathers in musky room.
Both our hand-prints oh, so small,
Scatter across the pavement hall.
Memories come, fun times go
The moon is set, the tides are low.

If there is forever,
Then there may be a never
So if all the stars,
Were just like our scars,
I'd never count it as bad
'Cos 'twas the best time I've ever had

New friends come, old friends leave
And there are times when we just grieve
Our tears fall to mingle with earth
But in this our own trust gives birth
