A new beginning.

Laying on the grass
I watch the starry sky.
Realizing how much my life changed
And how much time flew by.

It seems just like yesterday
I was scared to ride a bike.
I had no idea
How scary would be "Life".

I met different people, with different point of views.
With some I grew close
With others I felt lost.
It took me so much time to discover who I was.

I was just a little girl
So scared of the world.
After so many heartbreaks I learned that no one will be there.
You've got to have your own back and not be scared.

Some people are like poison.
They screw with your mind.
They make you feel inferior
And don't let you enjoy the ride. (life)

Don't let their words bother you.
Because you are an angel with wings.
You can go places
And you can do things!

I'm so proud of that girl
who started to face the world.
She believed in herself
And inspired the world.
