I would still advise to use different images for each story though (Something that actually describes the story, now everybody will think that all of your stories are about a pillow)... BTW, I see you have a lot of stories. I'd suggest not posting them all at the same time in the future. If you do that the stories you posted first will disappear from the first page of short stories and won't be noticed by many readers! So that means less reads for you!

Yet you added two more with the same kind of images. If you don't have images you can just not choose one or click on remove on the existing ones! If you add images like this the pages will get a duplicate content penalty from google so it will actually be worse than having no images at all!
