What is Happiness ?

Did you ever think of What is happiness , Is it attaining our wishes , no  ..... its was not the definition of happiness .Could you ever seen  some one who happy in his entire life , or even happy consistently for a long period . Its so difficult to find a person with no worries and full of gay.The entire life we all are searching for happiness , but unfortunately we cant find it .

why?

We cannot create happiness ,  because it will be with us all the time. But our ego ,our  yearnings , Predefined thoughts about happiness all get us away from real happy.It's quite  hard and simple to acquire happiness.

Are you little bit confused , sorry ,

Any thing you can advise perfectly but practicing it should be great thread in the life. Even any one can speech philosophy but implementing its is so hard ,like that our happiness.  I can understand what ever says we can't be happy for a long period but make more happy and trying to attain long happiness in the life by trying these..

First we have the guts to say i was wrong when you made a mistake.

Then we have wishes in our life but they are not our masters.

Be live in present, avoid past and wait for future.

Think every thing here is mine and nothing is strange to us.

Do what ever we can without excepting anything.

Accept things before judging.

For at last,  Happiness is because not everything is good but because we can see good in everything.
