I told mama you'll be here

So she cooked your favorite dinner

Papa bought fresh oranges from far away

After the table have been set up

They entered their room - as I ordered

They love you very much

'Cause they've known you inside and out

Even though they're upstairs

I could hear them laughing

I've always been a fool for you

Two hours went by

You did not arrive

They went down and told me not to cry

So we just ate the food they prepared for you
