Her Darkness (Part 1)

by purpletears
A little drop of water; a little teardrop crashed into the cold pavement. It was raining so hard, that nobody noticed a young lady crying. Maybe in other times somebody would have stopped to ask if she was ok… But now...Everybody was so into their own thoughts. There was no time for worrying about others. A young heart was broken into one million little pieces, Just thrown away as if it were something meaningless. Is that what feelings are worth for? A young spirit was so naive, and believed in empty words. The young woman heart´s ached like true hell, but she had to keep on walking.
On a rainy day, a young soul got painted of a dark tone, fading away any trace of light.
The sound of a thunder shakes the ground, just like the life of a young woman got suddenly shaken. Ironically, now that she longs for a warm embrace, the ice-like touch of the breeze is the only thing able to remind her that her life is not over yet. Suddenly, the vicious rain slows down its march. Also, the tears of the young woman begin to dry on their own. Is a rainbow going to show up anytime soon? Nobody knows, but at least, rain has stopped.
