Hardships in life

I enjoying the life I am experiencing.
Unknowing about difficulties in life
I'm ain't earning
So , cause I am a child
( I ain't understood the difficulties and importance of money when I was spending it . )

I'm walking through the subway
Looking at those shopping bags
I did enough and now I am hungry
But I only wanna eat a good cuisine.

I never looked aside .
It was like a hell .
( All it was like dirty, a mini slum , common in India )
I wish I could fly up,
So , I don't need to look at it
But something made me
look over there...
( Oh ! my god , The scene was a heartbreaking one .. )
I did see those beggars having leftovers
Searching and picking from the dustbins
They were enjoying every bite
licking his fingers to say he loved it .....
and a few licking the sand .

The street kids over there
were looking at us ..
they cupped their hands and bowed in
front of us .
My friends just pulled me away ..
but I took a penny from my pocket
and placed in a little girl's hand ..

Her eyes light up....
she smiled at me...
I never turned back and kept moving ahead....
