Goodbye

There was no more chance to having sad regrets. What would be the point in doing so? At that point, apologizing would be absolutely meaningless. There was only cold inside their hearts. It was something sad to say, but they wanted it that way. Once upon a time, they fell so deeply in love. For them, there was nothing like being together and just enjoying the sweet pleasures of life. But then, the fairytale slowly began fading into nothing. What once used to be so exiting, now only caused a terrible boredom.
There was a chance to fake a few smiles to make it last a little bit longer, but doing so would be pointless. Their love was slowly dying and there was no doctor able to save it. A thousand lies and fears were stealing the light away from such a wonderful and warm kind of feeling.
Two hearts in love got turned into stone, forgetting about dreams of sharing a future together. A wall got taller between them, leaving their feelings on a dark corner. It was time to leave for good, making a gigantic effort to forget about something that it couldn´t be. Suddenly, the cols streets looked emptier than ever…
