Girl... Lost? (part 2)

by purpletears
Plastic looking flowers were the only thing that looked barely alive on that nightmarish-looking forest. There were no human beings to ask them for some kinds of direction. The young blonde was painfully sure that she had died in her sleep, just like that, without a chance to say goodbye or to apologize to her mother.
Alice´s heart began to ache like crazy when she remembered the fight she had with her progenitor that same morning. It began because something trivial, as most of the familiar disputes do.
“I hate you so much! Because of you I´m never going to find happiness”, the blonde thoughtlessly said to her parent.
Now, maybe it was too late to look at heaven and beg the saints for a little bit of forgiveness. Maybe that was the price she was going to pay for having acted like a bratty teenager instead of behaving like a full grown woman. After that rush of thoughts came to her, the blonde began to feel a little bit dizzy. “I have to find a place to rest as soon as possible”, she whispered to herself, trying to stay calm. But under those circumstances, staying cool was a titanic task.
