Fear of Thunder

I fear for the thunder
It is frightening
I fear for its light
It is alarming
I fear for the bolt
It is striking
I fear for the sky
It is shocking

My fear for the thunder
It is everlasting
My fear for the nature
It is overwhelming
If I fear for the thunder
Am I appalling?
If I fear for the thunder
Am I daunting?

The sky is black and fierce
It is striking
The thunder is fearsome
It is petrifying
I fear for the unknown
It is hair – raising
I fear for the outburst
It is astonishing

Is it the thunder roaring?
Or
Is it the sky claiming?
No
It is the God telling
And it is the nature warning
It is the angels calling
And it is the cupids fearing

Thunder the roar of nature
Thunder the call of nature
Thunder the fear of human
Thunder the tear of skyline

I have not seen this before
I have not heard this before
I have only feared this before
I have only shattered before

It is not the blasting rain
It is not the gushing wind
But it is the fiery thunder
And it is the heavenly shimmer

I fear for the lord above
I fear for the thunder above
I fear for the nature around
And I fear for the fear of me

August 1, 2015 - 16:21 Indeed it was good to read about how you relate to that fear for thunder.but it sounded a bit monotonous ....you could have brought a little more of expression in to the way your delivered your fear. Still I could relate well with your fear of thunder.nice poem that way
