Always There
That dark cloud is always there.
Always There

How to explain
The pain that a heart
Can carry inside?
No words are enough
To describe accurately
Sleepless nights.
Only some can understand
Crying your heart out
Until you fall asleep
Sometimes, hope
Seems very distant,
Like a pale dream
That keeps avoiding us.
At certain times,
Only pure darkness
Surround us,
Filling our souls.
We can try to escape,
But it is always there,
Waiting for the right moment
To try to catch us.
