'Let me see if I can understand this' said Akyeaa. 'A fallen ancestress named Bimm transformed humans into kakai, created the Sakraman sum and even Ekuaba. Then upon realising that humanity was not being destroyed fast enough, manipulated Ekuaba into finding a mystic flame that could burn up the world?'

'Correct. Except that the markings were made before she made Ekuaba. Maybe she intended Ekuaba to unintentionally burn the world if humanity didnt tear itself fast enough, from the start.' the ancestress remarked.

'All for the sake of saving humanity?'

'Saving humanity from itself. The survivors would be too scarred not to live together in peace and harmony. At least according to her' sighed the ancestress. 'You can see why I kicked her out of the ancestral plains.'

'How do I stop them both?'

'I'm not so sure you can even stop Bimm. But for Ekuaba, I know Bimm poured some of her essence into her, which explains why she has leaved for so long and is nearly invincible.'

'So pour some of your essence into me or something' Akyeaa shrugged

'I can't do that!' she snapped. In your current state, that would kill you and weaken me significantly. However I can train you to fight her. Due to the conditions here, one day of training with me will grant you enhanced strength and speed.'

'One day!' Isn't that going to make it difficult to go back?'

'No. As with all near death experiences, one day here means a few hours would have passed in the living world.'

'Oh, I see. ' Akyeaa said sheepishly. Then let's get started...um... I didn't quite get your name'.

'Efa, destroyer of nations' the old woman smiled. 'There won't be any room for mistakes. If you fail, you'll die for sure next time. 'Besides no nkunimdifo) has ever failed in her duties and that's not about to start with you'.
