A Mystery Shopper..

I do not know if you ever had an experience with a mystery shopper while working in with your employer. This are the people who catch you anytime anywhere, just to know if you are a good employee and if you know your job right.

It is always good to know your job and always to protect the image of your company and know the rules and guidelines you are working under.

I have once worked in a bank and i believe i have been called by a mystery shopper before, though i never noticed when and how, but i had the sense. Anyway it never affected me negatively i guess and i never had any issues in my previous employment.

It is also done with customers to find out if you gave them the best service and what they have to say about the service they received. I have had many of these calls as i have been a customer in many places. But for customers they usually reveal to them who they are and what they do.
