When we are searching for happiness we have to face its shadow (sorrow) also...

A tired night, work load of the day and also the personal problems in life made the man tired and bit disturbed. Worked hard and end of the day not happy!!! This is horrible. The consoling words of the partner gave him bit relief.

While sleeping he remembered the problems one by one. This disturbed his sleep. The entire family got effected.

They planned to pray. They wanted to find a solution to their problems. Wanted to meditate. Wanted to sleep well. Wanted to face life than run away.

They understood, problems should not hinder the growth. In life changes are more important. Development is possible only through changes. They understood they should have a mind to accept the changes. They know it is difficult to change anyone. We should change ourselves. Should change the mentality.

After the prayer and meditation their mind got relaxed. They understood, the mind searches for happiness. It searches happiness in everything. They understood when the mind searches for happiness, it should not forget the shadow of happiness that is the sorrow. When we are searching for happiness we have to face its shadow (sorrow) also...
