When Love Comes Back - Day 19

After getting the address I was eagerly waiting for the moment to see her. On the way to hospital, I was nervous, full of happiness in me and some kind of feeling. My heart was pounding like anything. Just waiting for that moment to see her and hug her. With lot of expectation and eagerness, I rushed to the hospital. I was searching in all rooms and suddenly my friend signed me the room. It was next to ICU.

I stepped slowly towards the room. Having seen tensed in face and happiness in my heart. I knocked the door slowly. Suddenly, the door opened. There i see a lady come out and question me -"Who are you, son?".

I said - "Is It Malaika Noor's ward?"
"Yes, it is. But who are you?" she questioned again.
"Can i see her, now?" I requested.
"First tell me who are you" she questioned again.

I had no words to explain who am I. Suddenly, the doctor in charge came to the ward for regular test. He spoke to me and I introduced myself and he took me to his chamber. There I narrated my whole story and asked him how all these happened?
"The day when she met with an accident, everyone thought she was dead and one of her cousin who is a medical student, checked her pulse and did first-aid. I can say it's a miracle. She showed some hopes to live and soon we had to operate her. From past 2-3 months she was in ICU, just a week back we shifted her to ward. Now she started gaining some consciousness and identifying people around. Now i understand that, every day by 8-8:30PM she was almost dead. We had to do all sort of test and suddenly she becomes normal after half an hour. I have no answer in medical for your statement and my experience. If she is able to recognize you then its best of best. And lets hope for the best" he replied and took me to the ward.

Now I was clear in my thought and why i was acting like that in office and also thinking what wizard said. What a miracle i felt. Is it called a TRUE LOVE come true?. Ahhh what ever I just want to see Noor. That was the only wish i had by then.

Doctor entered the room and did the test. He spoke to her and said - "I have a surprise for you" .
"What is that Dr.?" She replied
"If you are able to accept it then it's well and good" Dr. replied.
"Sure...what's that?" she answered.

Doctor called me in and I was walking towards her with a hope in face and happiness in heart. I could see only Noor in that room and I forgot everything else. I am seeing Noor after a long time. It was like the first time I saw her in college day's. I went closer to Noor, still having the eye contact. She too stood up, by seeing me. We were looking at each other for few minutes.

"Do you recognize this person. Noor?" Doctor broke the silence by this.

Noor turned back to Doctor and nodded her head."ahh..No Doctor. Who is this. I see him first time?".

By listening that I felt so sad that I thought It was better I would have died rather than to see a day like this in my life. I slowly cleaned my wet eyes. Immediately Doctor said - "Hey, it's your personal Dr. who took care of you for so long time. You just got shifted to ward know, so you don't remember him. No problem. He will be coming for regular checkup. And now i have to talk to him as he came from very far place after a week. Take care now."

Dr. took me out and I asked him - "Why did you lie?".
"I lied but for the sake of opportunity. You should act as her personal Dr. and do what I say. If it works out then we save 2 life's. Hope you understood." he replied

"Yes Doctor" I smiled at him.

Later that evening, I narrated the story to their parents in the presence of Doctor and convinced them to give a chance for me to take care of her. Her father hugged me and said OK.
