The heart belongs to God, stop messing with it

It’s hard to live a life while dead on the inside. Being heart broken and unhappy it’s not a joke. It kills the spirit. Deep in your heart you complain about egocentric or self-centered partner who really don’t care and can’t even clean up their own mess. The truth is: God knows your situation. All you have to do is to understand the path you are walking on. If your luggage behind your back is heavy, it’s worth losing it because it’s not meant for you. You don’t have to stick around in relationships for wrong reasons. It’s his money not yours, His happiness not yours, his car, not yours.

Happiness can only be harvested through our hearts. Do good to please God not your friends and partners. A broken heart cannot enjoy the joy of life. Remember Jesus gave you a huge present not to waste it and abuse it. Alcohol and drugs add to your stress and depression. “For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved” (Romans 10:10). Remember salvation begins with a believing heart. It’s in our hearts that the Holy Spirit convicts us of sin and signals us to come to the cross. When we choose to respond in faith, our hearts are changed through the power of the Holy Spirit and we are never the same. The key to salvation in the heart is through accepting the Savior Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for our sins.

I realized that it’s hard to respond while you are died on the inside. Everything begins with our hearts but if we position our hearts that’s when we will enjoy the glory of life. We have to setup ourselves in a heavenly manner. “Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God” (Colossians 3:1).

Love is, without a doubt, the basis of everything. Not some abstract, hard-to-fathom kind of love but the day-to-day kind that everyone knows-the kind of love we feel when we look at our spouse and our children, or even our animals.

Listen to the word

It’s very important for us to meditate on the word. Imagine when God say turn north and you turn south. This will lead you into the wilderness. We must learn to receive and practice the word of God .Yet hear the word of the LORD, O ye women, and let your ear receive the word of his mouth, and teach your daughters wailing, and everyone her neighbor lamentation. (Jeremiah 9:20).

The strength God gives is not limited

I believe God have not limited our strength and the Life he have given us. The only thing to do is to cheat on our fears, break up with our doubts, get engaged with our faith and that’s the only way we can marry our dreams. If there is any opportunity, step into it with faith and as long as there is a strong foundation called Jesus. He said, he is the beginning and the end and who is to come. Psalm 18:39 For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.

I believe it is with God that a perfect drive or spirit is maintained. We live in the world of depression, stress and pain which is Sin. We cry about debts, relationships, poverty which also forms part of sin. We have gone off course as children of God. We have forgotten about the word of God. We boast about the things that do not belong to us. It is written, if you are the child of God, all that burden and that stress do not belong to you. That Car key, do not belong to you. For it is written; Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight. For I, the LORD, love justice; I hate robbery and iniquity...".I have no pleasure in the death of anyone who dies,' declares the Lord GOD. 'Therefore, repent and live.
