My Love Story

I never knew or recognize her all along,
When I was a child playing with her around the house walls,
Mama thought I was putting dirt and that was wrong,
She never left by my side even when I was with others,
She used all means to make me realize how wonderful she was,
Being around and walked beside me everywhere I went,
The love she had for me was growing even more,
As the days,weeks,months and years passed away,

My friends could see her with me but by then for her I was blind,
Blind to see and feel her existence within and around me,
She never gave up on me because she knew it was a matter of time,
A time when I would love her back with all my heart,
When she will get tired of running around my mind,
Thinking of how to explore and exploit all she got,
To yearn more of all the venture I never had with her,
She was never wrong about what will happen after I get to know her,
Which did happen when I was in high school,
She seduced me with her touches and tender kiss,
That made me realize she existed within me all along,
Touches of the graphite on paper revealed it all to me,
My eyes,mind and heart’s doors were wide open to let her in,
Ever since I have never though of leaving by her side,
I live,love,tender,wear and talk about her always,
I am obsessed with her and I thank God for her,
I never regret her being the love of my life,
And that is my love story with my baibe…… art.
