Life is full of surprises..every second we live becomes a good or a bad memory..We meet a lot of people in life that includes our family,friends,soul-mate,colleagues.From childhood to old age we live with some lovable and cherish-able moments and some miserable moments. The story which I am going to narrate is very simple and I hope you will also relate it with your life..since we the people of India have many things common among us.
I Kripa, living in a joint family enjoy the minute things that happens in everyday of my life. In this short story I would like to tell you about all the optimistic things that you don't realize unless you are AWAY from it.
I have spent my 19 years with my dear ones and haven't realized their importance and their love and care towards myself. But as soon as I left my home sweet home for my graduation, I was in a complete homesickness..the memories came up to me refreshing the love, care and togetherness of our living. Every time I sit ideal and solemn I think about the moments that makes me nostalgic. So I gave this a thought to pen down all my memories and share it with you all.
As the sun rises, my grandpa awakes by thanking God for showering his blessings upon us. I am a person who is in love with the bed and wake up quite lately but it was during my exams I used to wake up before him. Those were the amazing days as he always use to prepare tea for us. After which my Mummy wakes up with her yoga, shining in the sunshine she looks so calm and beautiful..by this time my aunt rushes out of time as she has to send her kids to school. Everyday brings up so much of energy and livelihood with it..its like celebrating each day with love and happiness. My hero,my dad starts the day with whats going on in the world..North East West South(NEWS) and uncle brings upon the fresh vegetables and grocery. We all work together by the orders of our grandma who is strict to everyone but is very soft at heart. She has an art of binding up the family with the bond of respect and love. And not to forget my loving big brother who never leaves a single chance of irritating me is at present working in a metro living miles away. But no offence in that because I have my small cousins with whom the time flies as it is always fun to be around them. I too become a child of their age by being with them and forget all my assignments, tensions and such serious issues.
Each and everyone becomes such an important part of living..Though I get scolded everyday for my childish behavior or getting up late or messing up my room and lot many things but still I get the equal care and concern if I get upset or angry on an absolutely nonsense matter. I know this happens with every next person. This was all part of my family.
Man is a social animal and so am I..it is said that friends are the family we choose..the sharing and fun with each other is everything we need in every phase of life from childhood till death..School is the best phase of life where we are free from various responsibilities and miles away from the reality of life but are in learning phase..Here we go through various difficult examinations, competitions and peer pressure but still do lots of fun because we have friends who makes everyday amazing and exciting. To tell you about my friends I have many of the kinds..my childhood friend with whom I am most comfortable and have done many of the crazy things lives in my neighborhood..I don't think we have any secrets between us but keeps many of them..with her I have a group of seven in my class and from having our lunch-box,studies(rarely), completing assignments at last moment by copying each other, bunking class together, participating in co-curricular activities and many more things..these all things are now a wonderful memory which makes ourselves laugh about how we were at that time..Not only in school but also in the colony I with my friends use to play many sports such as badminton one my favorite for all time, cricket, kho-kho and many more which was an exercise with entertainment. But when I see today's generation is busy with the gadgets and is least interested in outdoor activities. Children are getting lazy with the boost in technology. No doubt they are much smarter than we were but with the mental growth physical growth and fitness is also important. But these differences cannot create a gap between us. Everybody loves their childhood days. At times I think why I have grown up in such a way that I need to think before doing or in fact saying anything to any person. People can take you in different ways until and unless you are crystal clear to them but with this it is also said that you should be what you are and do whatever you want to do.
So on this note I conclude with the famous quote which states- "A day without a Smile is a day wasted" so why to waste our so precious time in tension and depression..every second of our life is a gift of God to us..Its about how we utilize it..But people have different perspective of life some takes it too seriously and some too lightly..we must have balance so that we can cherish every single moment..Memories play a major role in that and so we have nothing but the Memories with us till the end.Whenever you feel depress or worthless or that you don't like to do anything then the best thing you can do is wait for a moment and remind yourself of your past memories by going through old photographs, we always find our past more cheerful and blissful than today. I guarantee you will revive yourself moreover you will love your life.
