You cheated on me.... Brilliantly

by Manoj Barman

Remember that night, you said you were upset
But the truth is you were busy with someone else
That night I was lonely, weeping alone in the dark
For the very first time, I felt the pain of a broken heart
Your phone was in waiting till the midnight
And whenever I asked about it, every time you just lied
I am not blind I can see, I hate what you have done to me
I never thought you would dare, dare to hurt me this way
I can never forget the lies you say
It is fine, I will forget you in time
You gave your heart to someone
when your heart was with mine
I phoned you, you ignored me
How much pain it causes, you never feel
so some days later, I have decided
I started my packing, I had no doubt
I left you there alone
Not because I didn't love you but because I knew I should
All the time at home, I think about it
Why did you do this? why don't you care?
You cheated on someone, who wants you everywhere......
Let others and the author know if you liked it
