Thriving on success

by MinPerring90
Thriving on success. Just those three words. Was currently lingering around Clare Davies mind for ages. And would not disappear from her mind.

If there was just one thing that Clare Davies most longed to do it was to thrive on success. Not thrive on success on her art work, even though it would so nice and useful to. Clare Davies had to admit that she had thoroughly enjoyed studying the first year of art studies and did reasonably well. Although she was definitely going to work on improving her art skills. Especially after having had finished studying her first year of the art college course at the Lakeside local college. Being a great sports fanatic individual, she was definitely thriving to become really successful at tennis. She had always dreamed of taking part in the Olympic games during the next summer. To get to experience playing tennis games amongst real tennis professionals. Which would be such a great opportunity for Clare Davies. She really could not wait until the Olympic games began the following year. It was like for her a pipe dream come true finally. She was really looking forward for the Olympics event to take place. But she knew deep down inside that realistically it would take tons of practising and not to mention preparation to achieve that goal. But she felt optimistic and determined to.

Clare Davies, an art student, could always recall back to that very afternoon when her father Tom Davies, taught her how to play a game of tennis. During one bright warm day when she was little at the local Lakeside quarry recreational field. She knew from that day on that she absolutely loved the sport of tennis. So much so that Clare Davies joined an after school tennis club on Tuesday afternoons along with two of her best friends May and Janet Pritchard. And they all would have a great time together playing a game of tennis. Chatting about how the games went afterwards.Which was mostly fantastically.

Clare immediately decided that she would take an opportunity to take part during the tennis Olympic games. During the very next summer. She was absolutely looking forward to the Olympics. And most importantly being a tennis participant. During the year she spent lots of time practising both at home and going to tennis clubs whenever she had a day off college. Which was on Friday afternoons. Before Clare Davies knew it the year had passed by so quickly, which had seemed so far away in time before. Both her family, relatives and friends were really delighted with her and wished her luck during the tennis game event. On the day she felt both nervousness and delight inside and ended up coming in top second place. Which she was absolutely thrilled with, never thinking it would happen to her. But it did. That was what counted. It ended up being such a great experience taking part in the Olympic tennis game.
