The Walls You Build

by Slave Prince

Not a long time ago

    I saw you

        Crying over the wall

            That fell on the ground

I could tell you're lonely

    Because no one's around you

        I swallowed my fear

            And tap your shoulder

You smiled

    I smiled

        You let me in

            I let you in

We were so happy

We traveled to your childhood place

You show me your secret world

            I did the same

At night

    I always thanked God

        For giving the best friend

            The most special friend

One day, something inside you changed

        I had no idea

            You picked up the bricks

And started building the wall again

I screamed over the wall

    But you said nothing

        I tried to climb

            But I fell everytime

I don't know if you love to hurt people

But I feel like you do it on purpose

        You let people inside

Trap them and then suffocate them

I know this will sound horrible

But I only have one wish now

I hope the walls you build

Fall on your face and kill you instantly

Let others and the author know if you liked it
