The Dream Chaser

by hobbit2530
Dreams may be lovely
If we chase it properly
It's not for the shy and lazy
But for people who are determined
and steady.

Dream is a verb
It may be free but fatal
They blind us to things
we really ought to be doing
Like working hard than killing time.

Dreams are like walls
They erect huge barriers
between us and the people we love
We're too focused to fulfill our dreams
But a failure to others.

Most of the time dreams are beautiful
They send us to different places
But let's be cautious
When it starts to slip away
It'll only leave us alone and lost.
Let others and the author know if you liked it

Liked it alot?
