The Box of Life. 3. Trust

Simple yet complicated
easily understood but difficult to grasp
one moment it is within my clasp
then it was gone so fast.

trust is hard, hard to earn
but easily swayed, easily broken
one thing I will always learn
trust is more priceless than a token...

They say it is like glass
once shattered, you can never make it whole again
trust needs a good foundation that lasts
so work harder to preserve it...e extra careful if you must..

Honesty, loyalty, faithfulness
it all could crumble with just one tempted caress
that will caused such bitterness
and wipe away all the sweetness.

Trust is bigger than responsibility
more fragile than glass,
more complex than science
but less understood
for many mistakes are committed in the name of fraud
slippery-like, difficult to hold
can make a glowing ember turned cold.

So be careful
whom you trust
to secure the trust
and to make it last.
