One of the most unwelcomed guest
yet it come mocking as it pleased
the destroyer of the feast
the ever common present beast.
It brings a shadow of dread
even at night, when we lay at rest in bed
it lingers in our heart patiently
though we want to get rid of it immediately.
Chased away the happiness
breaks our moments of peace
refuses to leave us in bliss
it remains,and when it leaves, it leaves behind
emptiness.
Yes, unwelcomed it may be
but we always succomb to it, however - unwillingly
we never wanted its company
but we let live in our heart unconsciously.
