Someday When I'm Gone

by Lea Ebio
Someday when I'm gone
My life today will be just another memory under the sun
and when time slips away from my trembling hands
I hope you will somehow remember all the good things I have done.

The good things I have done, for those..I do not feel regret
and for the wicked things I cannot shun, the memories are bitter-sweet
For my reckless decisions and unfair judgement
I hope you will forgive me for those unreasonable sentiments.

My unreasonable sentiments I admit hurts my soul
for I never dreamed of giving indiscreet opinions of a fool
yet some circumstances taunted my integrity
and contributes to this unjust personality.

A personality I've tried so hard to balanced
between evil and goodness I hope to keep it biased
so someday when I'm gone I hope you will understand
I never meant to break our sacred bond.

Now that I have told you all the secrets of my heart
I desperately hope my revelations would not keep us apart
I hope to be remembered with love in your heart
and hope someday when I 'm gone you will still keep me in your heart.
