Part 2 - The Unbreakable Fortress

by M.D Khamil
“Where are we going now Al-Mighty Arthilis?” asked the Knight Angel.
“Don’t call me with that sign name again Arthinin. I’m no longer a God.” replied Arthilis while walking in the busy street in Boston. The public are staring at Arthilis, anxious and curious about his strange behaviour. It was obvious that the former God was talking to his Knight Angel, only that he was invisible in mortal eyes.
“What are you looking at?” Croaked Arthilis toward an early twenties couple sitting on the bench at the public park. They quickly got up and walked away from the bench.
“But you’re still a God to me. A legit one. You were only expelled because clever lies and betrayal by that sparkling God Hilixis. And Zithlirim was only stupid enough to fall for that trick.” Arthinin had his arms folded to his chest. He was brightly flaming up. Sulking.
“Knock it off Arthinin. You cannot say that in the first place. You’re an Angel. You cannot curse the Gods, doesn’t matter if they’re good or bad. You speak something bad about them, it is considered as treason. And the consequences might be severe.”
“Lord Arthilis, If I were given a choice to become either an Angel or a Mortal, I would choose to be a Mortal. Being an Angel is like being a slave.” Arthinin face was brightly lit that Arthilis was almost blinded by the light.
“Stop that, you’re becoming a sun here. Anyway how long will it take for us to go to Bermuda Triangle?”
“Oh no, you can’t be serious?”
“I’m.”
“My lord, in your current condition you won’t get there anytime soon. Besides, it is a very bad idea.”
“Why so? I’m an ex God, am sure Satan won’t complain anything if he sees me. That sneaky demon been eyeing me for my Arthuen power when he was still in Dirthilen. He was just jealous of my fire power being more great and intense compare to his. Until he really messed up for not obeying Supereme God for not kneeling before Adam. That’s really bad for him.”
“It is not that kind of bad that I meant. It’s the unbreakable fortress of Satan’s Bermuda Triangle base. The whole corner and sides are guarded by the jinns they called Ifrit. These guards will spear anything that comes close to the fortress.” Explained Arthinin with a worried face.
“I am sure you can beat them off. You have half of my Arthuen power.”
“I wish it was that easy. I’m just one Angel. Those are armies of pure demon. A Knight Angel versus a thousand Ifrit, that’s suicide.”
“So what happens if someone got speared? You die?” asked Arthilis curiously.
“No. But you get dragged. The spears has long chain that drag the victim to the centre of the triangle, Demon Eye. You get sucked into it and welcome to your new home, Halo Hell.”
“That easy to enter his base? Just let us being captured?”
“No you don’t get yourself captured My Lord, once you enter Halo Hell, there’s no way for you to get out. God or not God.”
“Then how do we get in?” asked Arthilis again.
“I have an idea. But why do you want to go there in the first place My Lord?”
“To extract information.”
“On what?”
“The lost weapons.”
