Monster

by lordpeterofquelch
Why can I not escape you
While I sit and try to study
You squeal like a banshee with PMS
But you know what?
YOU’RE NOT

If you had fair reason for this fuss
I might let you off the hook
But all I see of you
Is your tiny drooling form
Oogling over your parents phone
Begging for the trivial
Crying over the pointless irrelevant
Stinking
Bullshit
Hob-nob
STOP IT

My inner voice begs for but
A bit of mercy from the screeches and screams
That slash and stab
And cut and slice
My misunderstood mind

No
I don’t like small children
Chide me not.
Let others and the author know if you liked it

Liked it alot?

A couple of weeks ago, I was reading through a book of photography by Marc Riboud. When I came across the image you see here, it inspired such a story, I had to write it down at once. Enjoy.

Oh polka dot socks
So funky fresh
So purple pink and blue...
