Mom says, I know you’re fine,

But, no I’m not,

Mom says, I know you can,

But, no I can’t,

Mom says, I know you can be alone,

But, no I’m scared,

Mom says, I don’t need help,

But, yes I need it most.

 

Mom says, I know you’re good,

So, she gave me lots of delicious
food,

Mom says, you did not gave me any
headaches,

So, I tried to hide it; to avoid
giving her heartaches,

Mom says, I know you’re very brave,

But, she doesn’t know; I felt like
digging my own grave,

Mom says, you kept on smiling; yes you
so,

































Well, hiding my feelings is my
expertise too.
