So i hold them back behind a dam
The sadness and gloom engulf
Your lantern has gone off
The warmth of your love
Now replaced by sadness
As you cross the the river
Into the banks of paradise
You were a constant friend
Embracing quietly
In a few words showing care
Ever your presence was warm
As you recline the lovely gardens
And the paths of the journey
Once more lie before you
Your lantern once more relights
