I walked toward my seat in the plain with a bunch of books in my hands and headphones jamming into my ears like always. I placed my duffle bag in its place and sat on my place without even caring about the person who sat beside me. I opened the page where I left off and continued reading.

Suddenly, I was covered in some kind of food substance. I immediately stood up, but then my belt was preventing me from that, so I immediately stared at my pages in horror and saw the wet and dirty papers. I clenched my jaw and sigh so I wouldn't snap. I tried my best to stay as calm, so I just told the lady worker to throw my book to the trash and leave me alone. She kept on apologising, and she hesitated to throw it away, but she eventually did.
I took out wet wipes and tried my best to wipe off the food all over my skin and clothes, until the guy I suddenly noticed gave out a white shirt out. I stared at it and without any question, I took it and went to the washing room. When I wore it, it was oversized and it was actually really soft and comfortable. I sat back to my place and thanked the tanned glasses man. He had a nice brown hair that fits his grey eyes.
"Sorry about that. But I had to do it since you wouldn't even answer me." He replied.
I looked at him in confused then I realised that he did it on purpose. "Why would you do that?" I kept my tone low.
"I was just really bored and when I asked you what book you were reading, you wouldn't answer me, so I just had to do what I had to do."
"You could've just left me alone and my book wouldn't have been ruined and in the trash. That book wasn't even suppose to be out, but the author gave it to me first and so I can't even-" I realised that I raised my voice, so I stopped because I knew that if I didn't, i would probably cause a scene.
"My name's Brandon." He changed the subject. I rolled my eyes and just ignored him. And when he lent me his shirt, I thought that he was actually some nice guy.
When we deported, and went to get our luggages, Brandon approached me and smiled. I couldn't hear him at all, since my headphones was still jamming, but he took my hand and placed a familiar book on it. He immediately walked away. I stood there while I stared at the book, until i realised that It was the same limited addition book that I threw away. But how? I looked around and tried to find him, but I guess he went out already. So I ran towards the exit and saw him with a bearded man. He looks very familiar.
The old man with Brandon noticed me and waved at me, then I realised that he was the same guy who wrote this book. Wait, is Brandon related to him?
