Let Me

I would sing a love song
Like how it used to be
I would not stop dancing in the shower
That would take away the fun in me.
Run along the highway
Let me disobey some traffic rules
Spend some extra penny
Bump those pals in my way.
I still wish to count the stars
And then catch a handful of raindrops
Let a morning dew fall from a leaf
Hold a flower before it drift.
Small things it may seem
They may never be the same
But if you may
Let me stay me.
