1. I'll always hold you close.
Our life has been a roller coaster transit, skidding here and then there.
Things have passed through us, notwithstanding how unfair.
People have jibbed at us, giving us a collective dare.
Society does abstain us, while they watch, bicker, and stare.
Like the awakening of a baby sunflower, smiling weakly at the sun.
We'd planned to prune our daughters, and harness our son.
By outelling the rigidity of our course, to aggression, and communal dismay we've spun.
And while all these shall take place around us, remember I'll always hold you close.
When the rivers came for a meeting,
The most adventurous did call for a seating.
Though my heart yearns for ye, I can't cover up for what you've eaten.
It didn't tally with cupid's sequence.
Last year we made promises, of what we shall do,
Last year we made vows, of when we would see.
Last year we made plans, of whether it would work.
This year, we are a thread apart, I can't even talk.
But you know, it doesn't tally with Cupid's sequence.
I gave you freshly grown flowers,
Ye gave me dead weeds, coated in fine hues.
Thank you, for orchestrating this flower Exit.
