For The Lies...

Daniel looked down. There was no time for having second thoughts about what he had chosen. What would be the point of doing so? The emptiness won, devouring what was left of his happiness. Everybody tried to cheer him up, by reminding him of how young he was, and how many chances of loving again he would have. But those efforts were in vain. He was tired of trying to forget his feelings towards his first love., Lilia, the daughter of a couple of high school teachers. At first, she acted like a very sweet and caring lady, but in the end, her true colors ended up shamelessly showing up. She tried to fake it, but it was too much for Lilia to handle. She never loved Daniel. The only thing Lilia liked about Daniel was his money, and she never made any effort to try to hide it. He really loved her, so he tried to fool himself into believing the lies of his girlfriend. But there was such a big lack of love to try to work the relationship out. Daniel was young, but knowing he has been used and then thrown, hurt him badly. For that tainted love. For all the lies. It was his time to jump.
