Fighting with the Lord...

by Sivaranjini Senthilvel
You cruel coward up there!
Why do you hide?
Ashamed to uncover your fear to the world?

Step down to my place,
Fight then.

Every time, you test my strength and resilience
Every time you push me down
And besmirch my face with failure
Remember, each time, you lose.
I prove my strength,
Put my head high and strut with resilience.

But you strive to disprove your desperacy
And push me harder and break my heart into pieces
Which I fix anon and again embarrass you.

So, how long are you going to play this game?

Till you win?

Till my resilience reaches an impossibility?

Till I die?
Let others and the author know if you liked it

Liked it alot?
