A Dreadful Mistake

A Dreadful Mistake

"Take him away!"
He felt 2 hands clasping his arms and dragging him out of the room. Not the least bothered about the blood dripping all over the floor.
His face was covered with blood gushing out from the open wound caused by the blows given by the inspector.
As he was being dragged, he heard her voice...like a broken record. Playing the same tune over and over again.
"Please. You misunderstood...Come down!"
He felt his body being dumped on the floor and someone spit on his face.
He tried to open his eyes, but it was difficult with the swollen eye and the blood blurred his vision.
"You better start talking before he kills you."
He heard his cell closed and locked.
He lay there. All he could hear was the blood dripping on the plastic underneath him, and his breath.
His breath was getting shorter and shorter each time.
Flashes of the past haunted him.

"Please. You misunderstood...Come down!", she begged.
"Calm Down??YOU PIECE OF SHIT. I MISUNDERSTOOD? I MISUNDERSTOOD YOU HUGGING ANOTHER MAN?! I KNOW YOU BEEN CHEATING ON ME BITCH!", he yelled. Enraged and furious.
He got hold of her and slammed her against the wall. She desperately tried to get away from him.
He saw her eyes. Fear. Pleading. He loved that.
"Please...Listen to me...Babe...He is just my.........."
BAAAAANG....
Her eyes widened, her breath paused. She looked down at her stomach, and blood oozing out of it.
She fell. He smiled.
"THIS IS WHAT YOU GET FOR CHEATING ON ME. BITCH. HE TOUCHED YOUR FACE? HERE..HOW DOES THIS FEEL?"
He grabbed a knife on the table, and cut her left cheeks, opening the gateway to more blood.
As she lay there in the pool of blood, her breathing shortened. Her eyes pleaded to let her go.
She couldn't speak another word. Her eyes full of pain.
He kicked her repeatedly.
"You piece of shit!" he said repeatedly.
Within minutes, she was gone. She died. She lay there in the pool of blood, her white dress, now drenched in red.
Her eyes wide open.
He was now satisfied.His breaths loud and deep.
He turned and saw on the table. A family picture of his girlfriend.
What was that guy doing in that picture?
Just than he realized...
She had a brother....
