A Clown; Lost

by Lorenzo A. Fernandez Jr.
A Clown

I have no more wild acts,
No more funny steps
Of yesterday's run.
I must be a clown
Growing old upstage,
Still floodlit but cued to bend,
Fears and tears winning
At this losing end.

Lost

I can’t find the path,
The jungle so dense:
Home is an illusion.
Let others and the author know if you liked it

Liked it alot?
